Financial Planning

Getting the right kind of advice can make a big difference to your financial future. Not only will you be more confident in the decisions you make, but you’ll get on track to achieve your future financial goals.

Yes, there are many great resources available on the Internet, but sifting through the information and working out what applies to you and your goals is undoubtedly overwhelming.

This is where a Financial Planner comes in.

How does a Financial Planner help me?

A good Financial Planner helps you in a number of ways. Firstly and most importantly, they should work with you to determine your financial goals, then create a realistic pathway to help you achieve them.

Along the way, they’ll tweak your plan, depending on what crops up in your life, and make sure you have the tools and knowledge to make confident decisions in your financial life.

Consider them a financial coach, that has your back, and knows exactly what kind of game plan is most suitable for you. They will also help you to:

  • Become more in control of your finances, and in turn, your life.
  • Get the most from your money.
  • Access any Government assistance you may be entitled to.
  • Protect any assets you have and avoid mistakes that may be expensive.
  • Connect you with insurances and other financial products you may need.

How does the process work?

  • We work with you to identify your goals and what you’d like to achieve from our Financial Planning service. This involves asking you questions about where you’re at, and where you’d like to be in the future.
  • We take time to research a tailor a Statement of Advice (SOA) for you. This document includes a strategy, which outlines the approach we recommend for you. It also includes information on products we think would be useful to you and the cost of our service.
  • We put your strategy into action. Along the way, we’ll answer any questions you have, and we’ll check in on a regular basis to ensure you’re on track and feeling confident about the direction of your plan.
